This two bedroom Ocean Front condo has a great view of the beach, wildlife preserve and pool area and is conveniently located close to the elevator/stairs and parking deck. The view can be enjoyed inside the unit or outside from an open balcony or a screened in balcony equipped with a ceiling fan making it possible to sit outside on the hottest of days/evenings. This cozy ocean front condo has carpet and tile floor covering. Pets are welcome during the off-season (mid-September through mid-May).

This condo is equipped with a King bed in the master, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom and a Queen Sofabed in the living room.

This condo has a 50" TV along with a DVD player in the living room, a 37" TV in the master and a 22" TV in the guest bedroom.

This condo is available for Monthly Rentals from November through May. NO Pet monthly in May
