Myrtle Beach's Land's End Resort has over 200 one to four bedroom Ocean Front, Ocean View, and Ocean Walk condominiums located at this private ocean front resort. This gated property is comprised of ten buildings, six swimming pools, one tennis court, one multi-purpose court and picnic areas with grills.
Important Notice: Ocean View Building Maintenance (Approximately September 1 – October 15th)
Please be advised that the Ocean View building is scheduled to undergo exterior maintenance from approximately September 1 through October 15th.
During this time, contractors will be painting the long sides of the building as well as the exterior portions of the balconies. This work will require the use of aerial lifts, and guests will see maintenance crews working around the property during daytime hours.
Parking will be temporarily adjusted throughout the project. Depending on the location of the lifts, some parking spaces may be blocked or redirected with cones. There may also be periods when guests staying in the Ocean View building will be asked to park at the Oceanfront building.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as these improvements are completed. Guests booking stays in the Ocean View building during the month of September-October should be aware that maintenance activities will be taking place during their visit.
