This one bedroom oceanside condo is decorated in lots of blues and burgundy. There is a sitting room off of the bedroom that is great for curling up with a good book. Wonderful view from the condo looking down the beach and over the travel park. This unit is located on the Southside of the Ocean Front building. Newly installed walk-in shower (No tub in unit). This condo allows pets during the off-season (mid-September through mid-May).

This condo is equipped with a King sized bed in the master bedroom and a Queen Sofabed in the living room.

This condo has a 42" TV with a DVD player in the living room and a 23" TV in the master bedroom.

This condo is available for Monthly Rental from October through March.
